Teens say they want adults to listen and speak honestly with them about sex, sexuality and birth control. Adults say they want to be someone who teens can turn to, but often lack the skills to meet this need.
Every adult has a role to play in supporting our youth and helping them to make healthy decisions about their sexuality and their lives. While this is an enormous responsibility, there are few opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge and comfort-level necessary for this important, yet often over-looked, role.
This training is not currently being offered. Please contact CFHC if you are interested in further information.
