Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at a reduced room rate of $129.00 + tax at the Hotel Zoso until Monday, May 19, 2008 or until the block is full, whichever comes first. A resort fee of $9.00 per room per night will be charged to all rooms. To reserve a hotel room, call the hotel directly at (760) 325-9676. Identify yourself as a participant of the Reproductive Health Medical Symposium.

A credit card guarantee or one night’s advance deposit is required. Cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one night room and tax. The hotel meeting and sleeping rooms are accessible to wheelchairs; please notify the hotel when you make your reservations if special accommodations are needed.

Travel

By Car: A map and directions will be included in your registration confirmation letter. Parking at the hotel is $6 for the day and $18 overnight.

By Air: Fly into the Palm Springs Airport (PSP). The hotel provides a complimentary, 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport. Use a courtesy phone at the airport to confirm time and location of the shuttle.

The Ontario Airport is an alternate option.  Hotel Zoso is approximately 70 miles or an hour and a half by car from this airport.
